Watercolour Pet Portraits From Your Photo
Who doesn't love their pet unconditionally and want a customised portrait of them?
I offer these colourful artistic pet portraits which make wonderful gifts and a keepsake for pet parents. Working with professional labs I will provide you with a quality portrait that will last a lifetime.
How it works
1. Select your canvas, mounted print or digital portrait in your preferred size and background and submit the photo that you would like me to use. Please see some tips for the best image below!
2. Once you have made your purchase I will contact you within 48 hours to confirm that the uploaded photo is suitable for the portrait. If necessary, I will help you to take the best image for this.
3. I will turn your pet's photo into a colourful artistic portrait. You will receive a digital proof for your approval in 10-14 days. If you are not 100% happy with your proof, I will work with you to make it right.
4. When you are happy with the proof, I will order your print and you will receive the canvas/mounted fine art print in approx 1 week. For digital, I will send you the full resolution file on the day.
I can create an illustration of any pet whether you have dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chickens or horses. I can include more than one pet in the portrait. If you would like me to include more pets, please send me a message with the photos at hello@furry-family.co.uk to discuss it.
Tips to help you to get a great photo, right from your smartphone:

Eye Level: Take your pet photo at eye level. Crouch down when taking photos.

Close Up: Try to take a close up, so I can see your pet's unique details. Head to chest photo is the best.

Eye Contact: It works fine both ways when the pet is looking at the camera or away from the camera.

Pose: Take a photo when your pet is sitting up or standing, not laying down.

Light: Outdoor natural daylight always results in the best photos. Most important try to avoid harsh lights and body shadows on your pet.

Crop: Upload an uncropped photo where no body parts are out of the photo (for example ears, nose etc).

Low Resolution: Please avoid blurry photos, screenshots and downloaded photos from social media.

Background: Take your photo in front of a simple background. If your eyes can easily separate the pet from the surrounding, it will work.

Refund & Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of all products I sell at Furry Family Pet Photography, is it not possible to return or refund your product. Your artwork is designed with care and is completely personal for you and your pet.

Furry Family Pet Photography retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created unless the customer has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is an addition to simply purchasing).

The collector or buyer has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission
